Instead of creating more waste by printing on a new garment, why not print on something that is already in circulation and has lasted the test of time?
Each item is hand printed on a vintage blank sourced from various spaces and places around the county. The garments typically range in age from the 70s-00s all feeling and fitting to their era.
The FLIPTURN Halloween project was printed on 70s-90s blanks recovered from a storage space belonging to a defunct print shop in Connecticut. This space sat untouched for 30+ years waiting for new ideas to bloom and find new life for each shirt.
